Subcision
A treatment that lifts depressed acne scars and improves uneven skin. A small blunt needle gently releases the tight tissue under a scar that pulls the skin down, so the skin can lift and heal more smoothly as new collagen forms.
What it treats

The Clinical Protocol
Your skin is cleansed and numbing cream is applied for comfort.
A fine needle is gently placed under the scar to release the tight tissue. You may feel pressure, but pain is minimal. It takes around 20 minutes.
Polynucleotides are placed under the scar at the same time. Mild swelling, bruising or tenderness is normal afterwards.

A small blunt needle gently releases the tight tissue under a scar that pulls the skin down. Once released, the skin can lift naturally and heal more smoothly, while new collagen forms over time.
We combine subcision with polynucleotides, placed under the scar during the release. They support faster healing so the scar lifts more quickly, strengthen the skin as it repairs, calm redness and irritation, and help it heal smoother and more evenly.
