What happens on your first appointment?

When you come to our clinic, you're getting a medical consultation, not a sales pitch. You’ll have time to talk through concerns, ask questions, and speak to us about whatever is bothering you. We then use ultrasound imaging and 3D analysis to see what's happening under your skin. We take detailed medical histories. We explain exactly what we find and why we think it's happening.

2. Personalised Plan

We don't do general treatment plans. Every patient gets a completely personalised approach based on their medical history and what we actually find during diagnosis. Your treatment plan starts with understanding your full health picture. After your consultation, you receive a comprehensive report that breaks down exactly what we found, why we think it's happening, and our recommended treatment plan.

You get a copy to take home, review, and refer back to throughout your treatment. This way you're never confused about why we're doing something or what comes next. You have everything documented so you can make informed decisions about your care.

3. Ethical, Science-Led Treatment

We also factor in your lifestyle, budget, and timeline. There's no point creating a plan you can't follow or afford. We'd rather give you a realistic approach that works than an ideal plan that fails.

Your plan evolves as we learn more about how your body responds. We track your progress at every session and adjust accordingly. What works for most people might not work for you, and that's fine. We modify the approach until we find what does work.

4. Ongoing Support & Real Results

You're not left on your own. We track your progress, adjust when needed, and make sure your skin is moving forward — not backwards.Your money works like a piggy bank with us. We can always amend your plan and do what's right for your skin, even if that changes from the original plan. You're never locked into treatments that aren't working.
